The Yoga Now studio has changing rooms and a rest room. It's best to have your own mat. Loaner mats are available.
Before You Come to Class
Turn off worries about flexibility and current fitness. Yoga is about starting where you are.

Wear comfortable, fitted clothing that is easy to stretch in. Loose shirts tend to get in the way.
Avoid eating for 2-3 hours. Yoga is done on an empty stomach. (A very light meal an hour before Rest and Relaxation class is OK.)
Make sure you are well-hydrated and have water available in class.
Be sure to inform the instructor of any injuries or limiting conditions you may have.
Bring a yoga mat and a towel, or mat covering, to vinyasa classes. We sell non-skid absorbent towels and we lend mats at no extra charge.
Arrive 10 minutes early for your first class.
Please remove your shoes before entering the studio.
